I have followed as much online troubleshooting as possible but still Disney+ wont load on my Sky Glass:
Powered off
updated Apps
Manually pulled the plug
rolled up a trouser leg while the TV switches on...
All other apps and TV work fine, any other suggestions?

Thank you for letting us know about this issue. We managed to contact Disney about the problem and they advised that the error 1017 indicates that the account is not being validated by the Disney servers. You will need to contact Disney+ support for assistance with account validation. Also they advise to clear the cach for the Disney+ app and that will resolve the problem!
