Unable to log into Disney+ on my sky glass TV and Picks, error code 1026 always appears when trying to do so, I have reset the router, TV and Pucks a number of times and still the same issue, anyone else have this problem? The app works on my phone/tablet on the same network too..

Thought I had posted up yesterday that the issue was resolved, I contacted Disney+ and it turned out that my ISP was blocked from their server, they refreshed it and all ok now

@wez1979 have you also tried an app refresh?
Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > refresh apps. This process is not instant and is carried out in the background and could take up to 24 hours to complete

Have you had a previous Disney account logged into your device?

Have done the refresh and the account was working up until about 2 to 3 days ago

are you having internet issues ? Or using a vpn?
it maybe worth pulling the plug on your router for 5 minutes

Thank you for the reply, no VPN and the router has been reset, I am also able to log into the App on a phone or Tablet on the same network, it's only the sky products I cannot use, which is annoying

							Sky glass discovery plus error 1k-0018
						
					
					
				
			
		
	
			
	
	
	
	
	
I am a frequent viewer of discovery plus for football and UFC. Every time I watch, it keeps going onto a blank screen with "error: 1K-0018 a playback error has occurred." 
I have checked my WiFi which is at over 250mbps consistently, I have restarted my
TV back to factory settings before, I have made sure all apps have been refreshed and updated but I still get this error. This error happens at least once every 10 mins or less. 
I don't know what else I can do to troubleshoot this. Has anyone else had this issue?

I'm having the same issue just turned on to watch the football and keep getting Error 1K-1001 playbook error has occured.
Its annoying when the only reason I subscribe to Discovery is for the sport.
its a fault with Sky app because its fine on my ipad.

Having exactly the same problem with the playback error every 10 minutes when watching TNT sport via the Discovery app on Sky Glass. Has anyone found a fix to this?
