I recently acquired Sky Stream which included free access to Discovery +. However when I try to watch anything on the app I receive an on-screen message that 'I need to upgrade my pass'
What is the explanation for this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@EmilyGingers if you have not done so navigate to the My Sky tile in the menus then choose Sky Shop and choose Discovery+ and follow the on screen prompts which should set up your free account.
If you did that some weeks ago log out of Discovery+ and relog in again which should give you the upgraded comtent.

@Chrisee thank you for your reply. I have just logged out of my account and re-linked it and I'm still getting the message to upgrade my pass.
