Discovery+

I recently acquired Sky Stream which included free access to Discovery +. However when I try to watch anything on the app I receive an on-screen message that 'I need to upgrade my pass'

 

What is the explanation for this?

@EmilyGingers if you have not done so navigate to the My Sky tile in the menus then choose Sky Shop and choose Discovery+ and follow the on screen prompts which should set up your free account.

 

If you did that some weeks ago log out of Discovery+ and relog in again which should give you the upgraded comtent.
