This is so frustrating, I have tried to sign up for the free offer from Sky, I went to make an account, which I did, I set a password and now it doesnt recognise my login, I have not once got in to activate the account. Is there someone from sky that can help.
I have tried to reset my password on the Discovery web site but never receive a e mail back to continue. It's not in the trash or spam folder either.
Why is everything so difficult on this system?

I created another account using the same e mail etc, I think it is working now.

This is a customer to customer forum so no one from sky will reach out to you. Is the email address definitely correct that you used? If you try the process again does it say you have already registered for an account etc?
If you go into My Sky > App payments > current is there a Discovery+ option? Here you can click "need to activate" and it will show the QR screen for you to re attempt signup.
