Like many, recently ive been unable to access discovery plus streaming throgh either main sky glass or puck, account is activated and go through the wholeprocess but nit working. I contacted discovery and got them to cancel sibscription their end so i could start afresh but sky still telling me im already signed up to discovery plus and just need to sign in ========= if only !!!,, Come on sky , we cant all be idiots even if i am sopease offer a fix for this much used app

When signing in try if you with your phone scanning the q r code box on the screen

Are we any further forward as to why we can't watch discovery + I'm all signed up and my account is on my sky but still saying upgrade your pass....

I am in the exact same boat, cannot get past the upgrade to watch bit, even though I am signed in.

Did you scan the q r code and go to the discovery plus website and put the activation code in there ? You scan the q r code with your phone and once you do that follow the link put the activation code in you can watch discovery plus on the tv and your phone as the code logs you in
