Discovery plus subscription

Please can any help.  About 10 days ago discovery +  started saying I had fo upgrade to watch anything.  I was told by sky to get them to unlink my email account so that we could set it up with a different email address.  So right now discovery + are saying that we have not active subscriptions and no email address linked to them but Sky says our sub is active and each time I try to activate it on Sky Glass it just says good news you've already got discovery + just sign in, whihc I can't do because D+ have cancelled it all.  Sky say contact D+ and they say contact Sky.. I'm just going round and round in circles.

Go into Sky marketplace (Home screen scroll down to my Sky > app payments > current) is there a discovery+ monthly (£0) showing?

 

If its showing you will need to follow the instructions here (specificly step 3 and 4). See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-discovery-plus

 

If it's not showing a discovery+ you will need to follow all steps and take out a £0 subscription via Sky marketplace. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/discovery-plus#:~:text=Once%20you%27ve%20signed%20up,start%20worki....

 

However if this isn't working, you will need to speak to Sky as we are fellow subscribers here on the forum.
