Discovery plus isn’t working

After moving from Sky Q to Sky Glass I reset up Discovery plus but the system is saying that I am no longer a sky customer which is not true.  I can open Discoery plus but if I want to watch a programme it keeps asking me to update my pass.  I have contacted sky and reset discovery plus again but the same thing happens.  Sky is telling me everything is fine at their end but it clearly isn't working correctly.  I am not trying to view sports but normal programmes.  The system has been totally switched off as has the wifi and reset but nothing is working.  It looks to me as though Discovery plus is looking at my Sky Q account in error rather than my sky glass account.  Does anyone else have this problem

Hi @LynB3

You have to resubscribe to discovery plus when you move from Sky Q to Sky Glass. Have you followed the steps here? https://www.sky.com/help/articles/discovery-plus

Also if you go into Sky marketplace on your TV (home > my Sky > app payments > currently) is there a discovery+ subscription showing?

Re: Discovery plus isn’t working

I have resubscribed to discovery plus as per the sky glass instructions.  I can open discovery plus but if I open a programme it asks me to update my subscription.  When I resubscribed I used the sky option but I still cannot view any programmes
