We are trying to watch discovery plus programs and we keep getting the message 'somethings gone wrong'
We've tried refreshing the apps, power cycling the TV, power cycled the broadband but the error persists.
Other apps work fine, discovery plus was working ok yesterday.
Any advice?

@Johni33 Good luck on this, Ive been trying since January to get Discovery+ reinstated & I ve in touch with Sky reps TWICE! They either cant be bothered or cant fix it, & Discovery arent interested either, they just said its a Sky problem! Hope you can sort it ' cos Ive give up.

Same here, I had discovery+, direct with Discovery, thrn when my contract ended I tried to switch it to having it through Sky Glaass. That was November 2023, and I still haven't got it despite repeated calls to Sky and Discovery. They both say it's the other ones issue. Frustrating to say the least

Hi mine is doing exactly the same
I've done all the things you've tried still not working
rang sky they had no idea how to fix it
it worked fine til yesterday
very frustrating as discovery+ is the only app I watch

I have tried to log into discovery plus on my sky glass TV and I get a screen saying Restore App. I've checked the app on other devices and it's working fine. I'm going to have to just use my Firestick for it I suppose.

The app works fine on Amazon Prime but I've had to pay to subscribe to that to get access to the content I've already paid for with Sky Glass .
Not happy, no response from Sky support or Discovery +

yes, I ve thought of doing that, but I'm reluctant when we fork out so much for the full Sky package. As you say, it looks like the only way ahead, I'm so angry with Sky, but if you want the tv, you have to put up with it, & Sky know it!!!

I spoke with them again yesterday they weren't helpful at all
they said they are trying to get it fixed but couldn't give me a time frame
and also implied I shouldn't be that bothered as sky gives me the discovery+ app for free anyway
I said is that the best thing you've got to say
I'm giving them a month and if not working still I'll cancel all sky and just get a fire stick

I've reported the problem via the Sky help account on twitter.
They've raised it with support so we'll see where that gets us.
