Discovery+ issues
Newly subscribed to Sky Glass. Was told that Discovery+ was included. I've been trying all week to get it to work with no success. I've registered the app, it's saying it needs activating. I've clicked "activate" and I'm getting a message saying there's an issue MySky_2018 and to try back in 4hrs. I've reset the Sky Glass TV, I've gone through all the steps I've seen in here and on Google etc and it's still not working. Any other suggestions would be great thanks.

Are you activating it through My Sky? I had this issue and was only resolved by activating it though My Sky and not the website.

I have tried this, but when I click the "activate" button, the screen refreshes and nothing happens. I'll try again.
