I registered for discovery plus a few weeks ago and have been watching it. Over the last few days it has stopped working. When I select a show on discovery + the screen goes black, then grey and daisy that we dorm have internet connection. I am able to watch all other apps etc and on the sky glass, it says we are connected to the internet. Any ideas?

I was happily watching Rugby on Discovery plus on Friday evening but on saturday all i get is an error message about not being connected to internet. It works fine on my other devices but not on Sky Glass. I have tried rebooting router and and Sky Glass tv but still the same error 400 message comes up.

im getting the same problem, i contacted sky and they said there is a big problem and discovery is in the process of sorting it out.

Discovery plus not working on sky glass but is working on puck, it says no internet but internet is fine and everything else is working

The app is not working on both Glass TVs and Pucks in various combinations for various customers☹️
