I have had sky glass for several months and have been watching discovery + without any issues but it is now asking me to upgrade to watch. Have followed instructions on help forums but still the same. Any suggestions how this can be resolved?

Is there an active subscription showing in Sky marketplace? Try cancelling and resubscribing. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/discovery-plus
Failing this you will need to contact Sky or discovery for support as we are fellow subscribers on the forum.

I have had same issue - spoke to sky - it's a discovery problem. Spoke to discovery it's a sky problem. But if you speak to discovery and send the a screen shot that you have discovery they will reactivate while they sort it out.
