Is anyone else experiencing the need to pair the discovery app every day? Every night I've gone to watch Richard Hammonds workshop I have been greeted with the link code to activate my account. Why can't it just stay logged in?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYour first image has been rejected. I haven't got Sky Glass or Discovery+ but I presume the link code and QR code may be unique to you. Feel free to re-send the image with the QR code and code blocked out.

Out of curiosity were you suffering from the error 400 issue that was affecting Discovery + on Sky the last few days and if you were did it just resolve itself or did you have to perform the reset as instructed by Sky?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI got the login everytime on my Sky Glass. Did a factory reset like I did on the puck and all is OK now. Just the PITA of logging into everything else but most have a QR code except Disney +.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for your reply. I've not experienced the error 400 but I am greeted by the QR code screen every time, with the need to activate my su subscription only to be told I'm already activated. I then sign in via the QR code a 2nd time and it opens my discovery+ homepage. It seems like I may need to perform the factory reset to resolve but like you say.. the pain of logging into everything again.
