Hi @Carlo2   Extremely doubtful, as we use Sky Q remotes here.

Not a lot of information to go off! What issue are you having with your remote? 

 

Have your tried all the troubleshooting steps outlined here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass

 

But yes, there was a bad batch of remote at the beginning of the year / end of last. If you are under warranty and the steps above don't resolve your issue you can request a new one here: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote
