Dazn app subscription

I have a subscription with dazn I have app on sky glass but my subscription isn't showing up anyone got any ideas as I am being passed around by dazn for past month thank you

Did you log into the sky glass dazn app with your existing account? Or create a new one? I created a "free" Dazn account last week on my PC and used the details I created to log into the app on my glass unit. All seemed to go ok 👌
