Dark lines my my sky glass tv try to re boot has not resolved issue. Where do I go from here?

A reboot won't necessarily fix the issue. It has been reported that powering off the TV and unplugging it for 10 minutes or even over night can fix the issue if relating to software.
If this doesn't resolve it, you will need to speak to Sky and claim under warranty for a replacement set. We are fellow subscribers here on the forum.
