Damaged remote

My mum has broken /damaged her remote for sky glass stream.  Your help page gives a link to Amazon for her to buy a new one and they are out of stock.  Is there somewhere else we can buy one?  Can we not buy one directly from you?

@Culley64 you are not talking to Sky by oosting in the forum. Whoever is the account holder should xall Sky as they are the only outfit with stock of the remotes. Not telling anyone to lie but given the number of remotes thst fail and get replaced I doubt there will be a charge.

@Culley64 Whilst you are sourcing a replacement you can use a Sky Q remote with Glass / Stream if you have one available.
