Continuous buffering on all channels!
Only had new to approx 4 weeks! We're now at point where we have to reset the new to every day in order for it to work! Surely this can't be right

Re: Continuous buffering on all channels!
@hummyang If your internet is working as it should be and at the required speeds for Glass then you have a couple of possible solutions.
1. If connected via WiFi try connecting with an ethernet cable to the TV. It does give a more stable connection. If you do connect via ethernet then make sure WiFi is turned off in your Glass settings.
2. Others have had similar issues in the past week including myself. It was resolved by doing a hard TV reset whilst on the phone to Sky Technical. It might resolve the problem if you do the same. It is an easy process but Sky like to talk to you before and whilst doing it in case of problems. A hard reset will mean you having to re-set up your Glass settings, turn off WiFi if using ethernet etc.
Since doing the hard reset I have not had any issues touch wood!

Re: Continuous buffering on all channels!
Hi @hummyang
In addition to the reply from @Gavin+Noble also make sure the Networked Standby Mode is turned ON as this stops your Glass (or puck) losing the network when it is in standby. When I first got Glass every morning after initially tuning Glass on we had to turn it off again so that it connected back to the network.
You can check to see if it is on or not by going to Settings > Start up & standby menu.
