Continue watching sky glass

After my son watched the tv the continue watching got rid of all my things and added two of his and it hasn't budged for weeks and it's tiring having to find my things and have no idea where I'm up to does anyone know how to fix this. I've tried toggling the personalisation switch

Select his programmes and fast forward to the end of each episode until the last one is the only method that works. It's highly impractical that the TV doesn't allow you to manually delete them - I had hopes the Gen Two might sort this but alas no!
