Just watched the second episode of grace (as in season 2) and still no sign of it on the CW rail

@Jporch316 After seeing your posts I selected Grace (S5:E3) from my CW rail but instead to starting the episode it took me to the ITVX homepage and I had to select Grace from the CW option within the App. Although I have not actually watched it I let it play for a few minutes and then stopped.  I expected it to go to the front of the CW rail and show as part watched.  strangely it remained in the same position on my CW rail and still shows as next episode.

I will post an update when we watch it.

Weirdly grace has been in my playlist since I first swapped to glass about 3 years ago.

i watched what I thought was the second episode last night (according to the playlist) but is in fact the third episode on itvx. I'm assuming the meta data is mixed up. Maybe it's affecting the CW rail

Have never watched Grace on my Sky Stream before.

Remember trying it for a few episodes many years ago for series 1 on Sky Q, but did not really enjoy it, so never got any further with it.

Anyway, just pulled up and played S5e4 for five minutes.

Hit home on Sky Stream remote and it got added to continue watching rail fine, straight away.

Just played out a 007 film that I started a day or so ago, was sitting in 9th position in CW.

Played about five mins.

Hit Home in Sky Stream remote, it was in CW in first position, as it should of been, straight away.

All. Seems to be playing fine for ITVx for me.

Think that S2 error needs reporting to VR.

The three  episodes of S2 are there on ITVx for S2, but not reflected on Sky Stream, with one episode showing.
Notice the second episode of S1 is also missing on Sky Stream.

If I play S2e2 direct from ITVx, it does not show up on the CW.

If you launch the 'wrong' S2e2 episodes on Sky stream it plays S2 e1 in ITVx. On exiting ITVx after a short play on ITVx to Sky Stream, it adds it to the CW, but has it listed as S2E2.

I've watched episode 1 then what I thought was episode 2 but clearly isn't 😂. I wondered how he was suddenly in charge of his own team !

@Jporch316  It seems to have been a temporary glitch as I have had another look at Grace this morning and it worked as expected and is now at the start of my CW rail with a visible progress bar.

Didnt have much joy with viewer relations. Bit of "we can't help sorry" reply. I've mailed them back with a matter of fact "episode 2 is missing "

@Jporch316  I have just finished watching Grace S5:E3 with no issues.

My playlist is listing all 4 episodes and I have just checked episode 2 and it played correctly.  I did note that as mentioned by @lettice playing it from my playlist it didn't appear on the CW rail when half watched.

I have attached a photo.  I watched episode 1 about 3 weeks ago and note the progress bar has already disappeared.

There are lots of shows I've watched or are watching that don't or have never appeared in the continue  watching  rail. 

Sometimes it has the wrong episode or if you've finished a series it might show a random episode for example.

Wouldn't it be great if it actually work how it was meant to ?
