Trying to watch mr bates post office says unavailable

@TomHughes have you tried rebooting your Sky Glass ny unplugging it for a couple of minutes to see if that helps.
You can also try an app refresh if the reboot does nothing. Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > refresh apps. This process is not instant and is carried out in the background so don't expect an instant solution. The app refresh can take up to 24 hours, so best to kick it off then test again about 24 hours later.
I've just done a voice search for the show on my Sky Stream, and then clicked the watch button when the show came up and its started playing it inside ITV X with no issues.

Hi @TomHughes
There are sometimes issues between the Sky interface and ITVX. Have you tried going into ITV X directly and playing it from there? I watched all episodes without issue within ITVX.

Yes it works on my iPad and phone but just not through glass which is annoying

This is getting tiresome now - I have mr bates and after the flood on my sky glass menu neither will play when clicked, says unavailable content. If I go directly into ITVX they are not even listed as programs. But sky search lists them ( but don't work ) I have spoken with sky they claim not to know. ITVX help say turn off and on again. Of course I have done all of the resets and updates. I just want an answer from sky or itv I can't be the only person to have this problem for over a week now........rant over

Yep. Me too. I've sent a contact form to ITVX too. I've tried everything- resets, gone back to Factory Settings. Can get it on my phone so it must be Sky Glass!!!!

I hassled ITVX - they are having issues with postcode locations. If you don't have a premium account, just delete it and then rejoin and it works just fine

You can't delete apps on Sky Glass or Sky Stream
