Content technical fault or programme waiting to load

It's been happening over the last week, unable to watch any channels, I have rebooted the WiFi, reset the tv, set back to factory faults and still unable to watch anything for more than about 4 seconds. I've speed tested the broadband and no issues 105.2 download and 28.2 upload. Location of the hub means without training a cable from upstairs through the whole house isn't an option.

@StefShaw  It certainly sounds like a wifi issue rather than a lin speed issue, open the netflix app on your Glass TV,, go to Get help and run the connection test, what speed is the TV getting over wifi?

 

Wifi can be susceptible to interference or channel clashes

Then WiFi is the issue you need at least 25mbps for HD & 30mbps for UHD, your just getting even 1 Mbps.

Have you powered off at the plug both your router an Sky Glass TV?
