Why is it so difficult to speak to someone? I'm not tech savvy, been through their automated service, looked at all their advice and help articles and still can't get this damn sky glass creature to work. Now it's going through an 'updating software ' and trying to connect! Press this, turn off, and yet i have nothing to show for 2 hours of sky not working but working very quick when it comes to taking the money.
