Constant msg on screen (please wait for your program to load)

Reset 3 times no change tv has not worked all day but Netflix has ?

@Paulg-  That is usually down to insufficent speed or wifi issues, where netflix can run on lower speeds Glass/Streaam Tv channels need a constant 25mbps for HD & 35mbps for UHD.

 

If you open the netflic app on your Glass/stream device go to Get Help and run connection test, what speed is being reported?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Thanks GD1 I checked my speed and it's well between those numbers will try rest again if that doesn't work il ring sky up this happens  a bit too often to be fair
