Connection is good but still can stream on demand
My connection is good and ive dine all the tests. I cant seem to watch anything on demand without it freezing, picture and sound going out of sync etc...The sky assistant bot is the worst ive ever tried to use and ive come across some bad ones.
i dont know whether i just want to cancel if the performance is this bad when the connection and speed is supposed to be good.

Re: Connection is good but still can stream on demand
Hi @TomRob99
You will need to give some more information for the community to be able to assist you. Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. You can check the speed you are getting by opening Netflix > open right hand menu > get help? > connectivity check.
I would recommend running it a few times and taking an average.
It may be that you need a booster or have better luck using ethernet or homeplugs as quality from the device to the router is just as important as router to the internet. Skys system checker is limited in the scope and not always accurate.
Have you tried powering off at the mains for a few mins? Has it ever worked? Live TV? Particular apps etc?
