Connecting broadband on new sky glass

Just had sky glass delivered.  Guys set up screen and left. Now have screen requesting  select router (how?) then enter password.  Remote not doing anything- not turning on. How can I speak to someone to talk me through this?

@Sh24 if the rdmote does not allow you to select items on screen check thst you have fully removved the protective paper from the bsttery compartment by slipping off the back. Thst is easier said than done but placing the remote button side down on a carpet and pushing the back down in the direction of the srrow using the flat of your hand usually works.
