Switched TV on but every channel I try to watch won't load and then says there is a technical fault with that channel!
I also can't stream anything!

Find out more@Karen1203 Have you rebooted your glass TV if not try the restart procedure as follows: Go into Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device. It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t panic when you first start the process.

Thanks for your reply. I had to switch everything off and try again. It did work to an extent. I lost all my apps though. Those are now back. I really hate Sky Glass. Too many glitches all the time!
