Channel 4 app on sky glass goes to a blank screen

I didn't loose any settings when I went back to factory settings looks like it has updated all the TV apps seems much better now when looking at the apps

Reset your TV to factory settings so easy to follow, all this holding in buttons and switching off didn't work for us hour if my time wasted talking to sky she offered to call me back to see if it's working but no call yet, I can now watch channel 4.
