On the Home Screen, go to the second rail down and select TV shows.

Then you need to scroll down u til you find the rail called Channels and it will have on-demand content split up by channels (where channels don't have their own catch up app) for those channels that have a catch up app, the app will appear under the channels rails.

with noting that the majority of on-demand content is via apps though.

Apps are the 6th rail down on the Home Screen.

@MaroochyDazza

Answer is correct

Sky Home screen

With remote click TV Shows

Scroll with remote to channels where you see tiles for  Alibi/Gold etc

Click on Gold it will then load a list of on demand content

Note it's not a app it's a tile to click on

Re: Catch up tv

Is that on sky stream or something else?

there isn't a channels option I can find on sky stream ...

tiles : playlist > tv shows > movies etc

then next section is tv guide

then apps

nothing that shows channels ?

Yes Sky Glass and Sky Stream

I clearly told you with remote control to click TV Shows on Home Screen

After clicking TV Shows scroll with remote to see the tiles as shown in image I posted
