BBC iPlayer is UK only
Republic of Ireland
Instead it's a limited amount of content that's made available as on demand.
To access BBC on demand content
Home Menu
Click Tv Shows
Scroll with remote until you see BBC tile
Due the limited amount of content that BBC make available as on demand in Republic you will have to watch most broadcasts live instead.
It's BBC who decide what content is made available as on demand.
Note
BBC remove some on demand content after 7 or 30 days

If your computer has an HDMI output then connect an HDMI cable from it to one of the HDMI inputs on your Glass TV and select it from the inputs rail on the home screen.
