Cant sign glass tv credit agreement

so i ordered a glass tv but need to sign the credit agreement when i got the app or website on click on the credit agreement it goes PLEASE ASK THE ACCOUNT HOLDER TO SIGN THE CCA and under it .. it goes They can do this by clicking on the MySky App link in the confirmation email which will help you sign in with the account owner's credentials. which ive already tried and nothing i honestly dont know what to do .. sky told me they cant help me with it

Hi @Laura2604 

 

You need to make sure that the Sky Id you are using is the same one as when you placed the order. If it's not you will need to set up a new Sky ID.

Failing that you will need to speak to Sky (we are fellow subscribers), you say you spoke to Sky and they can't help, but it sounds like you got an agent who didn't know what they were doing or just couldn't be bothered.

 

If the email does match try seeing what messages are in the My Messages and / or My Contracts section of the my Sky website.
