Cant get sky on phone as cancelled them ,but my skyglass tv remote is not working no bbc ect

It is trully impossible to reach Sky for help,my children bought me a sky glass tv. But im afraid as money is so tight had to cancel sky, this morning went to watch BBC news all gone. please help as television is my only company.and i cant afford to buy another one .So do i need a different remote ? please help thanks

@Jan2  As you've cancelled your subs then you won't get access to any channels via the Glass EPG, your only option is to plug in an aerial and use the freeview option or use the built in apps such as iplyer to access BBC channels.

Disconnect it from the  Internet  and plug your  tv aireal in and you  will  get  freeview on it

@Jan2 In addition to the other responses you should receive an alternative remote from Sky. See the "Answer" at the following link for a picture courteously provided by @Jporch316

The delivery time for the remote is roughly 8 weeks (31 days’ cancellation notice period + 4 weeks after cancellation date). If you have not received the remote within that time frame, then get in touch with Sky.
