I cannot watch any of my channel 5 recordings.

From home, scroll,down to the apps and inputs rail.
click on the My5 app.
Can you get into the app?
You may need to setup an account if you have not already.

Thanks. I logged into the account, reset password, updated the app. Works fine on freview TV, but not on Sky. Still get the spinning wheel. Cannot view my recordings. Can t access the tool bar at the left.

Logged into My5 on my tv. Dont know how to log into it on Sky glass.
Still doesnt work. Cannot view any recordings on channel 5.
Can view channel 5 live.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Stef9 Sorry to state the obvious but in case you have not already tried have you rebooted your Glass TV. The last time I had similar issues with the spinning wheel on My5 I rebooted my puck and that resolved it.
To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device (do not do a factory reset). It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for the first couple of minutes and then the Sky logo appears.
If you have already done it then apologies but if not it's worth a try.
