Cannot watch channel 5 recordings
I cannot watch any of my channel 5 recordings.
Just get the spinning wheel

This sounds like you are not getting into the My5 app.
From home, scroll,down to the apps and inputs rail.
click on the My5 app.
Can you get into the app?
You may need to setup an account if you have not already.

Thanks. I logged into the account, reset password, updated the app. Works fine on freview TV, but not on Sky. Still get the spinning wheel. Cannot view my recordings. Can t access the tool bar at the left.

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.

Logged into My5 on my tv. Dont know how to log into it on Sky glass.
Still doesnt work. Cannot view any recordings on channel 5.
Can view channel 5 live.

@Stef9 Sorry to state the obvious but in case you have not already tried have you rebooted your Glass TV. The last time I had similar issues with the spinning wheel on My5 I rebooted my puck and that resolved it.
To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device (do not do a factory reset). It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for the first couple of minutes and then the Sky logo appears.
If you have already done it then apologies but if not it's worth a try.
