Cannot sign credit agreement

I cannot sign my credit agreement, it keeps saying something went wrong, I have called Sky and reset my history and used other devices etc. still no luck, can you help please

OK @Matty861 lets give escalation a try. The link following link explains how the procedure works:

Keep a look out for the speech chat bubble that will appear on the bottom left of your screen when you are logged onto this forum (you will need to refresh your browser from time to time until you see the chat bubble). When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or the chat will be automatically closed.  Note replies from Sky are not instant so you will need to regularly check the chat thread.

Hi @Matty861 You won't be able to sign your Credit Agreement unless you are signed into your MySky account.

I have tried that on the app and online, but I still get the same error
