Cannot change delivery date of skytv
Help! I am travelling abroad with WiFi but no mobile comms . I am having great difficulty in rearranging a delivery date for my new glass TV. The problem is that when I took out the contract I expected to move in to my new property by the middle of September, however, this has been delayed until the 21 October. I did change initial delivery to 5 Oct on the Sky App, however, the calendar does not go past that date and the delivery company stated they cannot change it. So, there will be no one at my new address until 21 October. So, I do not want to cancel the contract as I easily changed delivery of Broadband to my move in date.

Re: Cannot change delivery date of skytv
I have 'chatted', however, team cannot change delivery and advisingcontacting delivery company who have already said they cannot as it's Sky to change, and so we go around in a circle!
A simple task, please change my delivery date to suit my needs but this seems impossible. So next week, when no one will be at the address and I cannot be contacted as in the middle of the Atlantic, what happened nextm
Such a simple requirement!

Like any other consignment which cannot be left at the address, the television set will return on the courier van back to their depot and eventually (possibly after repeated delivery attempts) back to Sky.

Re: Cannot change delivery date of skytv
My question is why is so difficult the delivery date to be changed? I have been pursuing this for 3 weeks and keep getting the runaround with both Sky and the delivery firm stating it is the others responsibility.!
