When we get to sky.com/activate and are logged we get an error oops there's been a problem

This is normally due to logging in with the incorrect email address .... you need to use the email address you used to purchase sky glass ..... even if you had a previous sky login

Make sure you are using the email address you used to sign up to Sky Glass and not your username (as they may be different)
