One more thing,I tried to qr Paramount plus but accidentally subscribed to something called "media craze" now I've researched this "media craze" subscription which was meant to be free by the way,? And it's attempt to take £29.99 out of my bank account? So cancel that too? Plz

Hi @Barry+brennan 

As @SlenderRobert has posted this is a scam and nothing to do with Sky. You need to contact your bank to inform them and arrange replacement card etc.
