Re: Cancel package
First have a look at your Mysky account online or via the app, as you may be able to cancel some parts of your package from there
To remove part of your Sky TV package you need to give 31 days notice.
If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them.
Be aware that cancellation of an add-on, does not cancel another discount.
Some links to help;
You may be able to remove it from your My Sky account at
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
otherwise you can either call Sky or use the messaging service to cancel this

As well as the information provided above also see: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/support-with-financial-difficulty
However you will need to call Sky to advise them and get support, we are fellow subscribers here on the forum.
