Can’t sign credit agreement

Trying to sign my father in laws sky glass tv credit agreement with him and for the past 17 hours it keeps telling us 'something went wrong please try again later' 

I have spoken on the phone to sky and they have no idea what's going on and keep getting us to change the password. It is getting rather frustrating. We have tried on the app, on the web page and also on my phone. 

any help will be much appreciated. Thankyou

Hi @Jenny116 The error message you are getting often means that you are not signed into your MySky account at www.sky.com

 

The error message is not very helpful in trying to determinw what has gone wrong.

Hi, Thankyou for your reply. I am signed into my sky on the webpage and on the app. We have signed out and resigned in and it is still not allowing it.

Hi @Jenny116  That's a shame as it would have been a quick fix if you were not signed it.  Other than calling Sky I can only suggest reading the following link to see if there is anything to help you (there is a portion on signing the agreement): Sky Glass credit agreement

 

If you are still having trouble I would call customer services again in the hope that you get a member of the team who knows how to resolve the problem.

Unfortunately still not worked. I have been in contact with sky over the phone now for over 48 hours. I have been sent round and round in circles and being told to change email adresses and all sorts. They just really don't know what they are doing. Never call you back when you request a phone call or they say you will. It's an absolute joke now and sky will loose a customer who has been with sky now for 25 years.
