Can't reset network
I have my Glass connected via a wired connection. This has stopped working.
There doesn't seem to be a way to tell it to forget the ethernet connection.
Pressing reset doesn't clear the ethernet settings.

Re: Can't reset network
Helpdesk useless.
Had to do a factory reset to get the Glass to accept that I needed to change the network.
The network status said "Connected" but it wasn't.
At least it's remembered the playlists.

Just for future reference the general advice is not to carry out a factory reset without having been instructed by the sky customer services. It can potentially lead to the tv being removed from your account and it's a bit of a long winded process to get it back active .......
