With the Netflix if I understand well, aside the monthly subscription I pay with sky glass, am I going to pay extra amount if I want to access Netflix? Or the fixed monthly subscription includes Netflix?
Your monthly subscription includes access to Netflix Basic with ads. You only pay more if you want it ad-free or in 4K.

If you TV is having an issue connecting to the Wifi then i'd suggest connecting via an ethernet cable instead, then go into the Network Settings on the Glass and disable the Wifi and finally reboot the Glass by unplugging it for a couple of minutes. You will likely find better performance connecting it via ethernet cable anyway as if you don't have a strong and stable Wifi network connection you will find you hit issues with buffering and the Glass freezing and requiring a reboot.
- Also before purchasing the TV one of your customers explained to us that we can watch Netflix for 3 months after subscription to Sky glass and after 3 months unless we pay for it. Right now we can't access Netflix as well.
Not sure who told you about 3 months but its inaccurate. If you have a Sky Glass subscription the Netflix Standard with Ads tier is included for as long as you have an active Sky subscription. To set it up you need to read the instructions here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix

after entering my email address, this is the next step. Hope with this I wouldn't be paying any extra amount to my subscription.
