Can’t get my sky set up! Remote isn’t working at all

My remote doesn't seem to be working. Changed the batteries. Wondering if I am doing something wrong

Hi

the remote has to be quite close to the tv / stream on initial setup as it's in IR mode initially. It will swap to Bluetooth during the setup process 

Also check there's paper left in the battery compartment from when you pulled the tag out 

if that all fails some users have reported that giving the remote a gentle twist (hold in 2 hands and turn in opposite directions) can fix a faulty remote 

if it still don't work use the link below to register a warranty swap on your remote
