Discussion topic: Can't connect via WIFI or ethernet booster

The picture has been freezing intermittently for a while, but I cannot get anything today.

I have virgin super fast broadband. The router is 10 unobstructed feet away from the sky glass TV.

I have also tried ethernet connector from a WiFi booster, but nothing.

It's incredible frustrating

Can you try a ethernet cable direct from the router to the tv ? Would be helpful for troubleshooting

I would also add that having a booster 10ft away from your router maybe counter productive to your WiFi signal
