Can’t activate my account

I bought a Sky glass2 from secondhand and I can't activate my account. It Gives me a barcode and when I open it, it says this page is restricted
Please help

Do you already have a sky subscription to glass or stream ? If not you will need to call sky to setup a streaming account which will allow them to allocated the glass tv to your streaming account
