Can’t activate discovery plus even thought I’ve got sky cinema

I've upgraded to sky glass. I have got sky cinema, but when I try to activate discovery plus it says " content isn't available with your current pass."  But it's saying I get discovery plus free with sky cinema any help would be very much appreciated thank you

Have you taken out a subscription via Sky as per the instructions here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/discovery-plus

 

Is it showing in your subscriptions in Sky Market Place  (Home Button > scoll down to My Sky > Your Products > App Subscriptions) should show a £0 discovery us subscription.
