Can Sky sound box be used with Sky glass

Not easily. The Sky Soundbox does not have ARC or eARC capability so you'd need to get an ARC>Optical converter for the Glass TV to convert the ARC output to optical then run this to the Soundbox. 

Is the sound quality of Sky Glass not quite the sonic boom you were expecting?

The Soundbox will not support ATMOS, and the Glass TV will not support the Soundbox sound modes😉
