Can Sky glass connect to SkyQ while I wait for faster fibre.

I have a Glass Tv being delivered on the 12th, can I connect this to my sky Q box while I wait for the fibre 300 to be activated on the 25th, I don't think my current fibre (Fab 75 from Now) will be fast enough for the Sky Stream?

@mrvivers  Unfortunately not your Q subscription contract will have been cancelled

@mrvivers  You won't be able to continue using your Sky Q TV as that will be deactivated once Glass is setup, howver if you mean can you use your current broadband setup, then yes you can.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi,

 

I was hoping I could use the glass tv like normal tv with sky q until the full fibre get activated. But I'll just have to set the tv up and hope the current BB is suitable. 🤞🏼

@mrvivers  As long as you can get a minimum of 25mbps for HD & 30mbps for UHD you should be ok.

You  can while are waiting for the packaging  to arrive  for you sky equipment  to be returned,  also bear mind that you will have two sky bills 2 pay next month 1 for  your  sky glass  subscription  and the last 1 for sky q

You can still use sky q for channels  like bbc and itv you will lose all the sky channels and  functions  and your recordings
