Can I watch Normal BBC & ITV programs

Is it possible to watch BBC channels on Skyglass if Sky TV bill is not paid for?

If the iPlayer app is working YES😉

 

OR if you disconnect from the internet connection and connect a terrestrial TV aerial🤔
