I own the black 55" sky glass and fully regret not getting the pink one. My mum is contemplating getting a glass TV and was going to get the pink one and swap me for the black one. Is this possible? Would I just have to factory reset my tv and then we trade and set them both up as new?

It would be like buying a 2nd hand Glass TV. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/buying-sky-glass-second-hand
However the thing may be if you haven't got whole home you may get an error telling you the swapped unit isn't your primary device. You would need to speak to Sky to get the old TV removed so the new gifted TV can be the primary device

And obviously as a reminder you are liable for the payments still on your original unit. You can add other Sky glass units to your account, you just need to give Sky a call, if you want to do this without swapping.

What impact would this have on guarantees?
Luckily with close relatives they can be switched back to make a claim🤔
