Hi, I'm now into my 4th month of sky stream, am I able to choose a whole new sky stream deal to renew my contract? I've noticed sky offer a better deal than the one I'm currently on and I'd like to get it.

It's no different than going shopping, getting home and a week later seeing the prices have dropped.

You didn't read my question properly. I said could I renew my contract. If I was asking to keep choosing a deal just to keep the probation period I'd see the point, I want to keep the contract but renew to a better one (which is slightly more expensive but worth it in my view)

Renewing your contract would mean a new deal, you've already agreed a minimum term you can't renew in that period.

I just did. These message boards really annoy me so I instead went straight to the source and asked. Got it sorted. Thanks for your replies anyway much appreciated.

It always possible to add packs that results in greater cost .... what's not possible is to obtain the same packs at a lesser cost🤔

I think that's why I was allowed to renew because it would cost more than the bundle I had. Either way I'm happy I have what I want now.
